11. 5-Year Manufacturing Warranty

Eligible furniture products purchased from Sarve Furniture are covered by a 5-Year Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to applicable warranty terms.

The warranty may cover manufacturing and workmanship-related defects under normal residential use.

The warranty does not normally cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Improper handling

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Excessive moisture or water damage

  • Improper cleaning or maintenance

  • Damage caused by pets or pests

  • Natural wood variations

  • Normal ageing of wood

The warranty period is generally 5 years from the date of purchase/invoice, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.
