We also offer free shipping on select items or orders above a certain amount, which will be indicated on our website.
Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is typically between 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, this may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products ordered. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
Delivery Process: Our delivery team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the furniture, as we require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Damage During Shipping: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sarvefurniture@gmail.com or call 7014260924. We will arrange for a replacement as per our Return and Refund Policy.
International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not ship internationally, but we may explore options for international delivery in the future.
