How Do I Report a Damaged Product?

If your furniture product arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To report a damage claim:

  1. Share your Order Number
  2. Send clear damage photos
  3. Share unboxing video (recommended)
  4. Explain the issue clearly
  5. Contact our support team on WhatsApp or phone

What Items Are Returnable?

At Sarve Furniture, furniture products are non-returnable after successful delivery.

Because furniture products are large, handcrafted, and carefully manufactured items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selected by customer
  • Product no longer needed
  • Size selection mistakes
  • Color preference issues
  • Product does not fit customer space
  • Personal dislike after delivery

Important Note:

All furniture products are non-returnable.

Only physically damaged products received during delivery may be eligible for replacement after verification.


Replacement Policy for Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged during transit or delivery, Sarve Furniture may provide replacement support.

Replacement is applicable only if:

✔ Damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery
✔ Product is physically damaged during transit
✔ Customer shares photos/videos as proof
✔ Damage is verified by our support team

After verification, our team will arrange replacement support where applicable.


Are There Any Charges for Replacement?

No, if the product is genuinely damaged during delivery and approved by our support team, Sarve Furniture will provide replacement support as per policy.


What Cases Are Not Eligible for Replacement?

Replacement requests will not be approved for:

  • Damage reported after 24 hours
  • Damage caused after delivery by customer
  • Customer mishandling
  • Natural wood grain variation
  • Minor color shade variation
  • Small texture differences in natural wood
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Personal preference-related issues

Please note: Natural wood grains and slight shade variations are part of real wood furniture and are not considered defects.


Refund Policy

Sarve Furniture follows a No Refund Policy for delivered furniture products.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Product dislike after delivery
  • Wrong product selection by customer
  • Size or finish misunderstanding
  • Delay due to logistics issues
  • Product no longer required

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases as per company discretion.


Order Cancellation Policy

If you place an order and want to cancel it before dispatch, cancellation may be accepted.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation request must be made before product dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted (if applicable)
